Chris Philpot joined Arkus in January 2026. Chris is responsible for UK acquisitions and disposals and has a total of 9 years in the UK property market. Prior to Arkus, Chris worked at Oxenwood Real Estate as Head of UK Investment across their joint ventures and discretionary fund. Before joining Oxenwood, Chris spent 3 years at Accenture.

Chris is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a MSc in Finance and Investment and a BA in Economics from The University of Exeter.
