Ashley Harris joined Arkus in March 2024. Ashley is responsible for asset management and leasing as well as assisting with acquisitions, developments and sales and has a total of 8 years in the UK property market. Prior to Arkus, Ashley worked at Oxenwood Real Estate, with responsibility for the asset management of a portfolio of £530m core plus, value add and opportunistic logistics assets. Before joining Oxenwood, Ashley spent 4 years in the property team at USS with responsibility for the asset management of a mixed portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets across the UK. Prior to this, she worked at CBRE and JLL.

Ashley is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a MSC in Real Estate from London Southbank University.
